We were introduced to IDS through our strategic partner, H Communications. HCom performed brand strategy and design work for IDS, leaving the corporate website, capabilities video and new business presentations for Big Hit.
As the top aircraft deicing service in the Northern Hemisphere, IDS didn't have a brand problem, they had an awareness challenge; airport personnel just needed to hear the IDS story to be on board. When IDS bids for airport contracts, they are almost always awarded to them - that's where we come in.
Big Hit Media developed the corporate website, an extensive capabilities video and several customized airport proposals with daily-operation animations. This helped to secure multi-million dollar contracts with Heathrow, Pittsburgh International, and O'Hare International among many others.
